The Associate will support renewable energy transactions, underwriting renewable energy assets, financial structuring, and investor engagement while collaborating with legal and development teams.

Manage investor RFPs and due diligence questionnaires end-to-end, draft and edit investor-ready narratives, coordinate subject matter experts, maintain RFP content repository, support operational due diligence meetings, and use AI and automation to improve workflows while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Design and produce charts, maps, tables and information graphics that translate complex quantitative and qualitative topics into clear, accurate, and engaging visual narratives for investor materials. Develop reusable chart libraries, templates and standards, partner with subject matter experts, integrate visualizations into presentations and reports, and explore automation and AI workflows to improve quality and scalability while preserving analytical integrity.

Lead regional preconstruction and cost strategy for industrial and large-scale commercial developments. Provide early-stage cost intelligence, conceptual budgeting, contractor engagement, market analysis, RFP support, and supply-chain planning. Build structured project and market data for benchmarking and forecasting to improve development velocity, cost predictability, and capital deployment decisions.

Manage the design and delivery of investor-facing presentations, ensuring brand consistency and clarity in communications while mentoring junior designers.

Manage and execute interconnection strategies for energy infrastructure, overseeing projects across multiple markets while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Lead distributed solar PV and energy storage development across the US West region. Own market strategy, revenue targets, customer relationships, and end-to-end project delivery from origination through shovel-ready, coordinating internal teams and external partners while forecasting pipeline and representing Prologis at events.
