Leads complex, business-embedded AI deployments from discovery through production stabilization and ownership transfer. Partners with business leaders to redesign workflows, architects and builds LLM applications, agents, retrieval systems, and integrations, and establishes testing, security, observability, and governance practices. Sets technical direction, mentors engineers, resolves cross-functional dependencies, creates reusable components and playbooks, and communicates business value, risks, and progress to executives.

Participate in a two-year real estate investment training program focused on acquisitions, development, financing, and transaction analysis. Build discounted cash flow and pro forma models, prepare investment committee materials, maintain comparable sales databases and land-bank forecasts, monitor Salesforce deployment pipelines, and collaborate with brokers, architects, contractors, engineers, and cross-functional teams. The role requires advanced Excel skills, real estate market knowledge, analytical ability, relationship-building, and flexibility to relocate between San Francisco and New York.
