Designs, develops, tests, and implements client, server, and web-based applications. Provides mentorship and training to IT staff and end users, responds to support calls, and investigates, resolves, and documents incidents and problems.

Facilitates provider credentialing, professional coding, billing, registration, payment posting, follow-up, and collections for multiple payors, including self-pay. Maintains provider data in credentialing software, reviews and assigns professional-service codes, processes credentialing forms, and acts as a liaison between providers, office staff, hospitals, and payor plans. The position is full-time, remote, and limited to eligible residents of approved U.S. states.

Reviews patient records to improve clinical documentation accuracy, severity-of-illness capture, and level-of-service support. Collaborates with providers, coders, and care teams; develops and delivers documentation improvement education; and formulates, monitors, and responds to compliant documentation clarification requests.
