Implement and optimize Epic Cadence scheduling workflows for a multi-year academic health system project. Responsibilities include designing, building, testing, and validating scheduling functionality; coordinating integrated application workflows; supporting data conversion, training, go-live readiness, and stabilization; resolving issues; and creating documentation and knowledge-transfer materials. The role also partners with operational stakeholders, mentors customer teams, and escalates project risks.

Designs and develops learning solutions for life sciences clients and internal projects, including live and virtual training, workshops, eLearning, and media. Creates presentations, workflows, agendas, storyboards, and scripts; builds eLearning with authoring tools; supports design ideation and internal consulting; manages project tasks, deadlines, files, and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams. This is a fully remote role with occasional additional hours during project delivery.

Manage Epic Cogito reporting projects for healthcare organizations by gathering requirements, designing and developing reports, performing testing and validation, and providing post-implementation support. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, solve complex problems, and manage multiple projects independently while delivering healthcare IT and analytics solutions.
