Designs technically feasible healthcare data and technology solutions during the sales process. Leads client discovery, requirements gathering, architecture evaluation, scoping, estimates, proposals, demonstrations, and implementation planning. Collaborates with sales, consulting, technical, and delivery teams; translates between executives and technical stakeholders; identifies risks, dependencies, assumptions, and tradeoffs; and supports the transition from sales to delivery.

Provide Epic HB Contracts advisory and healthcare IT consulting services, driving process improvement, managing complex projects, solving client challenges, and collaborating with healthcare organizations to improve operational workflows and data ecosystems.

Design, build, and maintain scalable Snowflake data pipelines and workflows. Ingest, transform, and deliver data from EHRs, claims, APIs, and CRM systems into analytics-ready structures. Optimize Snowflake performance and costs through warehouse sizing, query tuning, data modeling, and security design. Implement orchestration, DevOps, version control, and CI/CD practices while collaborating with client architects and analysts. The role also involves explaining technical tradeoffs, supporting repeatable deployments, adapting to unfamiliar challenges, and mentoring others.
