Lead Commercial Finance proposal efforts for ProPharma service lines: oversee RFP/RFI development and workflow, manage budget tools, train team members, maintain proposal templates and libraries, liaise with SMEs, monitor KPIs, review proposals for accuracy and compliance, and implement internal RFP processes.

Lead statistical design and analysis for clinical trials, develop analysis plans and SAS/R programs, ensure quality of tables/reports/figures, advise cross-functional teams, maintain regulatory compliance and internal SOPs, and mentor junior statisticians.

The Empower Integration Engineer will manage configuration, documentation, and launch of Empower integration with LabVantage, including project structure, templates, and validation processes.
