Leads Prosci’s IT engineering team and owns delivery and production operations across Azure, Microsoft 365, enterprise AI, security controls, data infrastructure, and a customer-facing enrollment platform. The role manages engineers, vendors, cloud operations, incident response, capacity, disaster recovery, compliance, change control, and the transition of outsourced work in-house. It also establishes team processes, on-call operations, delivery cadence, and partnerships with enterprise systems, security, and service desk teams.

Supports U.S. sales and use tax operations, including tax engine configuration, transaction data reconciliation, nexus monitoring, exemption certificates, tax return preparation, audits, and monthly reconciliations. The role also assists with global indirect taxes, process improvements, documentation, and direct tax support while collaborating with Finance, Accounting, IT, Legal, and external tax providers.

Owns the full AI transformation business lifecycle, from executive-level sales and pipeline development through engagement delivery, account growth, and commercial results. Leads executive briefings, AI integration workshops, prototypes, change management, technical scoping, and partner delivery. Builds trusted relationships with senior leaders, manages six to ten accounts, and applies AI and Prosci change-management expertise to redesign work and achieve measurable client outcomes.
