Provides targeted reading and literacy instruction to middle and elementary students through daily classes and small-group support. Responsibilities include designing culturally responsive lessons, using student data, creating supportive classrooms, collaborating with instructional teams, communicating with caregivers, and supporting students’ academic and social-emotional growth. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree, prior teaching experience, science of reading experience, and a New York teaching license or progress toward certification. Special education certification is preferred.

Supports high school students through targeted interventions, small-group or individual instruction, and data-informed educational planning. Manages IEPs by coordinating documentation, accommodations, progress reports, related services, and compliance. Builds partnerships with students, families, teachers, and support teams, participates in MTSS processes, and contributes to staff professional development and an inclusive school culture.

Provides targeted small-group Math and ELA instruction to Tier 2 and Tier 3 elementary students, delivers SETSS aligned with IEPs, manages caseloads, writes and monitors IEPs, tracks student progress, communicates with families, collaborates with service providers and support teams, and participates in professional development.

Coordinates daily operations of a middle school after-school program, including student information, attendance, scheduling, enrichment activities, events, supplies, outreach, and family communication. Supervises aides and activity specialists, supports teachers and tutors, plans field trips, facilitates student transitions, promotes positive behavior, and ensures programming aligns with school standards and DYCD requirements.

Coordinates high school front office operations, family communications, student data and compliance support, technology distribution, purchasing, storage, events, staff trainings, and operational procedures. The role welcomes visitors, manages communications, supports student records and devices, ensures legal compliance, and improves school-wide efficiency.

Provides Tier 2 technology support to faculty and staff, troubleshoots and documents help desk issues, coordinates with managed service providers, and manages technology assets. Configures and distributes laptops, maintains school technology systems, administers Google accounts, supports classroom technology integration, and leads staff professional development. The role also develops procedures, improves operational efficiency, and advises on technology purchases.

Leads non-instructional school operations across finance, budgeting, enrollment, facilities, safety, compliance, staffing, and event planning. Partners with school and network leaders to align systems with instructional priorities, maintain financial health, ensure regulatory readiness, and create safe, welcoming environments. Manages and coaches operations staff, oversees vendors, develops emergency preparedness systems, and maintains accurate enrollment, attendance, assessment, and operational data. Provides strategic recommendations and drives accountability across school processes.

Leads school operations across a seven-school network by managing and coaching operations directors, developing scalable systems, driving change management, monitoring performance, and aligning school-based and network teams. The role establishes operational playbooks, dashboards, training programs, and accountability structures while partnering with principals, finance, HR, and network leadership to support student success and organizational excellence.

Part-time Education Specialist supporting middle school after-school programming. Responsibilities include developing and reviewing lesson plans, observing instruction, coaching educators, delivering training, aligning programming with school-day goals, monitoring student progress, supporting break and summer academies, coordinating family and school communication, and ensuring DYCD data, inclusion, mental health, and compliance requirements are met.
