Lead Prosper Health’s provider growth engine by building clinical capacity models, forecasting workforce needs, identifying bottlenecks, and developing solutions across recruiting, clinician utilization, incentives, licensing, and care models. Establish operating rhythms, accountability systems, and scalable processes to make provider capacity predictable. Own the existing team, help build the broader function, and partner with Clinical Operations, Recruiting, Product, and leadership to expand access to care.

Own and scale a new healthcare business from launch through growth. Responsibilities include developing strategy, designing operating models, expanding into new markets, managing clinical quality and business performance, navigating regulatory requirements, leading cross-functional initiatives, and building a high-performing team. The role requires an entrepreneurial operator comfortable with ambiguity, complex analysis, healthcare operations, and end-to-end ownership.

Drive strategy and analytics for revenue cycle management, including claim-denial reduction and reporting. Lead cross-functional initiatives from analysis through execution, partnering with engineering, operations, clinical, client experience, and vendors. Build actionable insights from complex revenue cycle data and independently use tools such as SQL and BI platforms to deliver measurable business impact.
