Lead healthcare data privacy engagements from assessment through certified delivery. Responsibilities include designing privacy policies and pipelines, running statistical validation experiments, evaluating language models and privacy tools, directing human review, adjudicating difficult cases, addressing independent reviewer findings, and documenting improvements. The role requires strong statistics, experience with messy data and language models, clear technical writing, and preferably HIPAA de-identification, clinical NLP, OCR, auditing, or annotation experience.

Own human data projects from scoping through delivery, including task design, piloting, staffing annotators and vendors, calibration, quality control, budget and timeline tracking, and stakeholder reporting. The role handles sensitive healthcare data, identifies operational issues early, manages vendor performance, and improves project processes. It requires strong analytical and communication skills, comfort with coding tools, and direct collaboration with researchers and external partners.
