Lead design, implementation, and administration of complex sales commission plans for 100+ employees. Partner with Revenue, Sales, and Finance to model and forecast compensation, automate processes using commission platforms and AI, produce standardized reporting, oversee monthly commission cycles with meticulous auditability, manage a two-person compensation team, and ensure plans are equitable, compliant, and administrable at scale.

Own and grow enterprise customer relationships and revenue. Manage renewals, upsells, forecasting, and QBRs; build and manage an upsell pipeline; conduct discovery and consultative sales; coordinate internal teams to drive adoption and retention while meeting or exceeding quotas.

Own product strategy and delivery for new biometric and identity capabilities (0-to-1). Manage roadmap, specs, backlog, and cross-functional delivery; support sales with technical discovery, demos, and POCs; ensure compliance with legal, risk, and infosec; publish implementation documentation and monitor capability health.
