Develop large-scale data pipelines, computational methods and ML models integrating evolutionary, structural and omics data; collaborate with chemistry, ML and experimental teams to validate predictions and enable AI-driven proximity-based drug discovery.

Lead strategic planning and execution for internal R&D programs, coordinating cross-functional ML, biology, chemistry, and proteomics teams. Build program governance, dashboards, and vendor/CRO oversight, synthesize technical signals for portfolio decisions, and support CROs, KOL/SAB engagement, and platform operations to accelerate AI-native proximity therapeutic discovery.

Develop and maintain large-scale scientific workflows and tooling for computational drug discovery. Build cheminformatics pipelines, virtual screening and docking workflows, scalable ML inference and chemical databases, and automation for modeling, analysis, and visualization. Support scientists, increase automation, and ship features that advance AI-enabled proximity therapeutics.
