The Senior Industrial Controller leads financial planning, standard costing, manufacturing variance analysis, CAPEX governance, internal controls, audits, and operational performance reporting across North American manufacturing facilities. The role partners with plant and operations teams, guides plant controlling practices, supports budgeting and forecasting, evaluates capital investments, and contributes to SAP/ERP implementations and continuous improvement initiatives.

Leads North American key account strategy for major telecom and hyperscale customers. Develops multi-year revenue plans, builds executive relationships, manages key account teams, negotiates strategic contracts, and coordinates sales, engineering, product, marketing, operations, and R&D stakeholders. Provides market insights to executives and promotes fiber, connectivity, and data center infrastructure solutions. Requires extensive commercial leadership experience, telecom or technology expertise, and global travel.
