Lead deployment, adoption, training, and continuous improvement of the Dozuki digital work-instruction platform across approximately 30 North American manufacturing facilities. Partner with Operations, Continuous Improvement, HR, and plant leaders to standardize work instructions, deliver training, coach local teams, drive user adoption, and establish governance. Support digital transformation, operational excellence, change management, and workforce development initiatives in a remote role requiring travel across the United States and Canada.

Leads North American elevator and escalator sales by developing revenue strategies, expanding customer accounts, identifying new business, and managing sales agents and channel partners. Builds relationships with customers and distributors, analyzes markets and competitors, collaborates with marketing and product teams, represents the company at industry events, and maintains CRM data, forecasts, and sales reports. The role requires extensive travel across the United States and Canada.

Manage Power Distribution sales across Oklahoma, New Mexico, and Texas by developing utility and channel-partner relationships, achieving revenue and profitability targets, negotiating contracts, managing forecasts and inventory, and expanding cable sales. Lead market analysis, proposals, customer business reviews, and cross-functional issue resolution. Coach sales agencies, support new technology adoption, and communicate customer insights to internal teams. Travel may reach 50%, and the role requires residence within the territory and proximity to an airport.
