The IT Project Manager will oversee project planning, implementation, and client interactions while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations in the public sector.

Lead legacy-to-SaaS data migrations: design and execute ETL, extract/transform/load data, validate integrity, map business workflows to target models, engage clients, document processes, support governance, and train stakeholders to ensure accurate, secure conversions.

Configure and implement SaaS/COTS platforms, design custom forms/templates/workflows, write and troubleshoot code (JavaScript and other languages), integrate third-party systems and APIs, document use cases and technical specs, and support project planning and testing for system modernization.
