Lead governance and operations for the Public Safety Consulting Services portfolio. Standardize procedures, drive proposal development and business development support, oversee multiple projects for scope/budget/schedule, manage resources and subcontractors, engage stakeholders and clients, develop and quality-check deliverables, and manage contract lifecycle and invoicing.

Lead end-to-end delivery of AI implementations for state and local government HHS clients: plan sprints, manage risks, coordinate engineering/data science teams, oversee AI validation and governance, and serve as primary client-facing project lead to drive milestones and successful go-live.

The Senior Consultant will develop growth strategies, ensure client retention, analyze regulations, manage projects, and supervise client teams.
