Provides legal counsel on privacy, data security, cybersecurity, contracts, vendor agreements, incident response, compliance, and agency policies. Supports the Chief Privacy Officer, advises IT stakeholders, conducts privacy and security training, monitors applicable laws and standards, and participates in cross-divisional projects. Requires a JD, New York State Bar membership, at least two years of post-admission legal experience, and privacy or contract law experience.

Provides WIC eligibility assessments, nutrition education, individualized care plans, high-risk participant support, nutrition assessments, and anthropometric and hematological measurements. Guides nutrition assistants and CPA staff, evaluates educational materials, supports program administration, attends trainings, and conducts community outreach. Requires collaboration with clients, healthcare providers, community partners, and staff across WIC centers.

Coordinates planning and operational materials for point-of-dispensing sites during public health emergencies. Develops procedure guides and site manuals, facilitates specialized training, maintains training resources, and collaborates with public health partners and vendors. Supports emergency responses through citywide field operations and incident command activations, including non-business-hour work when emergencies occur.
