Test and validate data pipelines and services from ingestion through storage. Develop and run automated and manual test plans, perform data validation and performance testing, troubleshoot pipeline issues, document results, and integrate tests into CI/CD. Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to improve testing strategies and ensure data quality.

Manage full contract lifecycle for federally, state, city, and privately funded public health programs: negotiate scopes and budgets, monitor contractor performance and spending, ensure funder compliance (e.g., 2 CFR 200), provide technical assistance, conduct site visits, and complete closeout and final reporting.

Provide clinical and scientific support for emergency preparedness across non-acute healthcare sectors. Lead pharmacy preparedness, GIS analyses, medical countermeasure planning, community education, and participate in DOHMH Incident Command System leadership. Support planning, training, exercises, stakeholder coordination, and analytics to strengthen healthcare system readiness and response.
