Manage end-to-end recruiting for Pulley: source, screen, and close candidates; build deep pipelines for specialized roles; partner with hiring managers; deliver excellent candidate experience; and improve recruiting operations. This is an early hire role with hybrid on-site requirement in Manhattan.

Build and lead Pulley’s commercial legal function, create processes and templates, advise leadership on corporate legal matters, draft and negotiate customer/vendor/partner contracts, partner with Sales and cross-functional teams, manage outside counsel, and provide pragmatic, business-focused legal guidance as the first legal hire.

Own full sales cycle for enterprise customers: prospect, discovery, solutioning, negotiation, and close. Drive new business and expand accounts, collaborate with SDRs and cross-functional teams, present to senior stakeholders, refine messaging from field feedback, and meet revenue targets with accurate forecasting.

Perform outbound prospecting to developers, owners, architects, and GCs; research and identify leads; build pipeline via cold calls and emails; attend industry events; learn and apply sales techniques; collaborate with revenue team to refine prospecting and sales practices. On-site in NYC.

Own a portfolio of 20–40 enterprise and mid-market customers; drive renewals, expansion, and long-term account growth. Manage relationships from onboarding through renewal, lead executive business reviews and strategic account plans, and partner with Services, Product, Engineering, and Sales to deliver outcomes and product feedback.

As a Project Manager, you will guide clients through permitting processes, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with municipal officials to ensure timely approvals. Your expertise will drive continuous improvement in operations and client experiences, helping to overcome regulatory challenges and expedite project timelines.

Own 1-2 large enterprise accounts as the main customer contact. Maintain portfolio visibility, coordinate programs with internal teams, run regular account reviews, onboard stakeholders, drive renewals and QBRs, and translate customer needs into product and operational improvements.

This role involves supporting project managers in permitting, conducting permit research, preparing plans, and collaborating with city staff for efficient permit outcomes.
