Review commercial plan sets for IBC code compliance (egress, fire-resistance, accessibility, structural, MEP). Produce concise, structured findings and correction letters, evaluate markups for accuracy, and perform QA/QC using a web-based PDF plan review interface.

This role involves supporting project managers in permitting, conducting permit research, preparing plans, and collaborating with city staff for efficient permit outcomes.
