Manage end-to-end recruiting for Pulley: source, screen, and close candidates; build deep pipelines for specialized roles; partner with hiring managers; deliver excellent candidate experience; and improve recruiting operations. This is an early hire role with hybrid on-site requirement in Manhattan.

Build and lead Pulley’s commercial legal function, create processes and templates, advise leadership on corporate legal matters, draft and negotiate customer/vendor/partner contracts, partner with Sales and cross-functional teams, manage outside counsel, and provide pragmatic, business-focused legal guidance as the first legal hire.

Own full sales cycle for enterprise customers: prospect, discovery, solutioning, negotiation, and close. Drive new business and expand accounts, collaborate with SDRs and cross-functional teams, present to senior stakeholders, refine messaging from field feedback, and meet revenue targets with accurate forecasting.
