Lead technical pre-sales engagements for enterprise storage solutions: assess customer needs, design and present architectures, run evaluations/benchmarks, produce RFP/RFI responses, collaborate with sales and partners, liaise with product/marketing, and secure technical wins through deep storage and cloud-native expertise.

Lead strategic customer lifecycle for Evergreen subscription accounts, driving adoption, retention, and expansion. Manage executive reviews, mitigate churn risks, translate customer needs to Product and Engineering, and design scalable CSM processes. Serve as primary post-sales advocate for complex global accounts.
