Lead the strategy, implementation, rollout, and ongoing management of electronic medical record systems across home care and home health operations. Evaluate vendors, develop a multi-state platform roadmap, manage project plans and integrations with ADP and Salesforce, coordinate data requirements, oversee upgrades and sprint delivery, manage vendor relationships, and train clinical, billing, HR, and operations teams.

Enterprise leader responsible for clinical quality, regulatory compliance, and risk across multi-state Home Health and Home Care operations. Oversees audits, corrective actions, QAPI initiatives, OASIS accuracy, accreditation readiness, compliance reporting, and teams. Partners with CEO, executive leadership, and Board to set strategy, scale compliance infrastructure, and improve patient outcomes.

Recruit and build caregiving and clinical teams across the organization. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, applicant screening, interview scheduling, candidate selection, referrals, offer coordination, and collaboration with hiring managers. Develop efficient recruiting strategies aligned with organizational needs and industry standards while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. The role is primarily remote with some onsite requirements.
