Manage day-to-day program experience for Builders by running events, recruiting and managing volunteers and mentors, setting up quarterly Capstone projects, handling logistics and communications, gathering feedback, and building relationships that convert volunteers into donors or employer partners.

Own outbound prospecting and employer relationships to create and close placement opportunities for Pursuit graduates. Run discovery, map candidate skills to employer needs, drive interviews to hire, track pipeline, iterate placement motion, and use AI and internal systems to scale outreach and outcomes.

Lead enrollment growth and community partnership strategy to generate predictable, high-quality applicant pipelines. Build dashboards, optimize admissions funnels, scale AI-powered systems, cultivate executive-level partnerships, and manage a high-performing enrollment and partnerships team to meet conversion and enrollment targets.

Manage and grow employer and corporate partnerships to drive hiring, revenue, and engagement. Own pipeline, Salesforce accuracy, forecasting, partner communications, and cross-functional execution. Launch AI-enabled initiatives and build scalable processes to increase partner impact.

Contract Chief-of-Staff–type role supporting the CEO on growth strategy, market expansion, financing models, and high-visibility analyses. Lead industry research, build expansion plans, model innovative financing, and produce briefings, memos, and presentations for stakeholders.
