The Director of Individual Giving will develop and manage Pursuit's individual donor strategy, focusing on high-net-worth individuals and major gifts. Responsibilities include building donor relationships, managing a donor pipeline, organizing fundraising events, and creating cultivation pathways for mid-level donors.

Lead recruitment, enrollment operations, and community partnerships to drive sustainable applicant growth. Build dashboards, design and test outreach strategies, manage partner relationships and events, and apply AI tools to automate admissions workflows. Recruit and manage support staff and step into execution to meet enrollment targets while improving applicant experience and operational efficiency.
