Build dashboards, optimize admissions funnels, scale AI-powered systems, cultivate executive-level partnerships, and manage a high-performing enrollment and partnerships team to meet conversion and enrollment targets.

Manage and grow employer and corporate partnerships to drive hiring, revenue, and engagement. Own pipeline, Salesforce accuracy, forecasting, partner communications, and cross-functional execution. Launch AI-enabled initiatives and build scalable processes to increase partner impact.
