Epic Cogito-certified BI Developer builds and maintains data solutions using Epic (Chronicle, Clarity, Caboodle) and Cogito tools. Responsibilities include SQL development, report configuration, testing, metadata/catalog maintenance, peer review, production support, and mentoring other developers to deliver analytics for clinical and business stakeholders.

Lead and coordinate enterprise Cogito analytics, set security and data segregation strategies, establish governance and processes, manage implementation and team performance, and ensure analytics meet organizational goals while supporting training and change management.

Manage multiple client-facing IT projects end-to-end: gather and write business/functional requirements, coordinate cross-functional teams, perform testing and implementation, track milestones, manage vendor/client relationships, and produce regular project reports while ensuring timelines and support transitions.
