Teams at Quince

Leads global procurement strategy for bags and accessories, driving cost reductions, competitive RFPs, clean-sheet costing, supplier negotiations, buy-plan approvals, and upstream material sourcing. Partners with merchandising, materials, production, technology, and Tier 1 and Tier 2 manufacturers to improve margins, ensure supply continuity, and advance sustainability. The role also identifies value creation opportunities through verticalization, volume consolidation, commodity management, and AI-enabled procurement processes.

Produces and leads 3–5 studio shoot days weekly, managing pre-production, logistics, talent, on-set visual execution, and post-production handoff. Translates performance briefs into scalable, test-ready social video content, including hooks, CTAs, alternate messaging, and b-roll. Partners with Growth Marketing, Brand, Creative, styling, merchandising, and editing teams to support performance testing, maintain creative quality, and manage organized asset workflows.

Administer and optimize Greenhouse, ModernLoop, and related recruiting systems. Configure workflows, permissions, templates, interview plans, integrations, and automations; maintain ATS data quality and reporting readiness; provide system support; coordinate with vendors and systems engineers; and document processes and training materials. The role also identifies AI-enabled automation opportunities to improve recruiting efficiency and accuracy.
