Builds executive relationships across broadcast, media, and digital organizations; represents the company at industry events; conducts market and competitor analysis; manages sales metrics and pipelines; and mentors teams. Requires extensive broadcast technology experience, an established customer network, consulting sales expertise, and familiarity with cloud and hybrid solutions.

Lead organizational change management for client technology implementations and business consulting projects. Responsibilities include stakeholder facilitation, change impact and risk assessment, OCM communications and training plans, training delivery, readiness assessments, project-phase coordination, deliverable reviews, risk mitigation, client workshops, and relationship management.
