Lead structuring, execution, and monitoring of project finance transactions for renewable energy, storage, and data center infrastructure. Support deal teams, manage internal credit processes, coach junior staff, collaborate with product teams, and develop financing solutions that support the energy transition.

Client-facing VP role managing and monitoring a growing project finance portfolio in energy transition (wind, solar, storage). Responsibilities include credit analysis, covenant and compliance tracking, financial projections, portfolio analytics, reviewing amendments/waivers, preparing credit memos, and supporting transaction execution and lender communications.

The Vice President of Energy Transition Coverage will lead strategic client dialogue, originate business, and enhance bank-client relationships in the energy sector.
