Lead supplier finance origination within Rabobank’s Value Chain Finance team. Structure and execute working capital solutions, develop client pitches, assess credit opportunities, negotiate with bank and fintech partners, and manage transaction closings. The role requires wholesale banking, working capital product, financial analysis, and credit experience, preferably involving renewable energy, project finance, food and agriculture, or data center companies. Regional travel up to 25% is required.

Supports regulatory integrity and operational excellence for Rabobank’s North American Markets and Treasury businesses. Responsibilities include maintaining Swap Dealer and broker-dealer regulatory frameworks, providing KYC and CDD support, coordinating client and personnel onboarding and offboarding, assisting with regulatory trade matters, and supporting business initiatives and operational improvements. The role requires collaboration across teams, attention to detail, management of multiple priorities, and occasional regional and global travel.
