Lead and expand Rain's global financial ecosystem partnerships: source and negotiate strategic bank, payments, treasury, and infrastructure relationships; manage cross-functional implementations; influence product and expansion strategy; mitigate partner risks and improve infrastructure resilience.

Own post-sale relationships for enterprise loyalty and rewards partners, managing programs from design and launch through ongoing growth. Coordinate Product, Engineering, BD, Compliance, and Marketing stakeholders; manage timelines, blockers, documentation, and reporting; lead business reviews; analyze program performance; recommend improvements; identify expansion opportunities; and communicate partner feedback to inform the product roadmap.

Own the growth of Rain’s branded payments and stored-value business from opportunity identification through partner acquisition, deal close, and launch. Lead business development, commercial negotiations, go-to-market strategy, pricing, market positioning, and launch sequencing. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Partnerships, and Go-to-Market teams to translate partner needs into buildable products, establish strategic goals, track performance, and represent Rain with external stakeholders.
