The Senior Software Engineer will develop self-serve tooling for marketing teams, focusing on AI-augmented workflows and internal platforms, ensuring high velocity and quality in project execution.

Lead and grow a product design team, define product vision for AI-native areas, partner with product and engineering, stay close to customers, ship impactful work, mentor designers, and raise design craft and systems thinking across the organization.

Build and scale Ramp's customer onboarding flows and application decisioning platform. Integrate with fraud, compliance, and underwriting systems, automate operations with AI assistance, deliver metric-driven improvements, and partner across product, data, design, sales, risk, operations, and finance to expand market and improve approval and onboarding experience.
