Lead and hire a team of Procurement Activation Specialists to run discovery, configuration, customer education, and go‑live for mid‑market customers. Build the activation playbook, drive cross‑functional standards and product feedback, spot and resolve systemic blockers, and represent procurement activation in GTM and roadmap planning.

The Software Engineer will build performant user interfaces, collaborate on technical projects, and mentor junior engineers while upholding industry-leading UX standards.
