Build and operate production API integrations, data pipelines, and backend systems using Python and workflow orchestration tools. Own projects from requirements through testing, rollout, and monitoring; investigate production issues and improve reliability. Collaborate with senior and forward-deployed engineers to turn customer insights into product capabilities. The role is hybrid, requiring three days weekly in the Midtown Manhattan office.

Build the fintech company’s MVP end to end across web, mobile, backend, data, infrastructure, and AI agents. Own architecture, cloud, security, observability, regulated money movement integrations, and compliance guardrails. Establish engineering standards, coordinate contract engineers, and ship reliable production systems quickly. The role begins as the first technical hire with a path toward technical leadership.

Lead discovery, design, launch, and expansion of AI agent deployments for enterprise customers. Manage 1–3 strategic accounts, translate operational workflows into AI agent designs, coordinate with delivery engineers, support go-live, and build executive relationships. The role requires enterprise software implementation experience, technical comfort with LLM APIs and data tools, strong communication, 30% travel, and a five-day onsite schedule.
