Leads risk data, reporting, analytics, and technology workstreams across Risk Management. Designs scalable solutions, manages data transformation and aggregation for regulatory and executive reporting, improves measurement through automation, translates business and regulatory needs into requirements, and establishes governance, auditability, and documentation practices. Manages analysts and delivery resources, oversees roadmaps and projects, supports stakeholder decision-making, and provides analytical and reporting expertise to risk, audit, compliance, and executive audiences.

Conduct equity research on Internet and digital media companies, analyzing industry trends, financial statements, investment risks, and potential rewards. Develop financial models, forecasts, cash flow analyses, balance sheet projections, investment theses, and research reports. Monitor investments, evaluate emerging developments, and contribute to buy, hold, or sell recommendations under senior analyst guidance. Communicate findings to internal and external clients while continuing professional development and pursuing relevant FINRA accreditations.

Lead origination, structuring, underwriting and execution of complex private market transactions and capital raises across equity and credit. Drive valuation, modeling, negotiation and investor positioning; present recommendations to senior committees; manage multiple deals, coordinate diligence/legal/compliance, and mentor junior team members while partnering with distribution and sponsors.
