Supports the design, implementation, monitoring, and supervision of securities compliance programs focused on Equity Research and Investment Banking. Advises stakeholders on regulations, conflicts of interest, information barriers, and risk considerations; conducts reviews, audits, investigations, and regulatory change activities; prepares reports and submissions; provides training; and escalates compliance issues.

Supports generative AI adoption across investment banking and capital markets by developing GPTs, AI workflows, prompts, and emerging agent-based solutions. Provides user support, troubleshooting, training, documentation, data analysis, vendor evaluation, and innovation research. The role partners with technical and business stakeholders to pilot and scale AI use cases, maintain governance standards, create leadership materials, and improve banker workflows, adoption, and user experience.

The Tax Senior Accountant supports corporate tax compliance, state audits, federal and state filings, tax research, ASC 740 income tax provisions, account reconciliations, and tax technology improvements. The role prepares and reviews tax workpapers, returns, estimates, disclosures, and responses to tax notices. It partners with auditors and internal stakeholders, resolves tax matters, supports process improvements, and may lead defined projects. Occasional travel to the corporate headquarters is required.
