The AMP program trains new Financial Advisors in client relationship management, investment recommendations, and developing business. Advisors must meet production goals while obtaining necessary licenses.

Lead design, delivery, and support of risk data, reporting, and analytics solutions. Partner with stakeholders to improve risk measurement, data governance, automation, and reporting. Manage roadmaps, backlogs, documentation, observability, and a team delivering analytics, dashboards, and decision-support for regulatory, audit, and executive audiences.

Advise financial advisors on custom fixed-income portfolios for high-net-worth clients, constructing CUSIP-level municipal and taxable bond allocations, assessing credit/duration/reinvestment risk, producing market commentary, supporting advisor recruitment, and presenting strategies via phone, Zoom, and in-person meetings.
