The role requires three years of retail leadership experience, strong communication and organizational skills, computer proficiency, sales success, and flexibility for nights, weekends, holidays, and special events. Physical duties include extended standing and moving furniture for merchandising.

Sell furniture through consultative customer engagement, needs assessment, relationship building, prospecting, lead generation, upselling, and cross-selling. Sales Associates guide customers through purchasing decisions, address objections, meet sales goals and quotas, and deliver a personalized retail experience. The role requires schedule flexibility, comfort with technology, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Sales experience is preferred but not required; training is provided.
