Build and maintain strategic relationships with remarketing partners, monitor account performance, resolve customer issues, present products and partnerships, and identify revenue, retention, growth, and efficiency opportunities. The role collaborates cross-functionally to improve customer engagement and satisfaction, supports account growth strategies, and requires frequent customer communication, data-driven decision-making, and 50% travel.

Lead and improve global SOC capabilities by overseeing threat detection, incident response, and SIEM-driven operations. Serve as technical escalation for analysts, develop playbooks and automation, coordinate stakeholders, and use metrics and threat analysis to drive detection and response maturity.

Lead a small engineering squad as Technical Lead/Architect to design and build Agentic AI-powered backend systems. Architect high-concurrency Python microservices, Agent-Ready APIs, secure integrations (OAuth2/Webhooks), implement auth (JWT/OpenID Connect), optimize performance (Postgres/MS SQL), and use autonomous coding agents to accelerate the AI-native SDLC while providing technical mentorship and rigorous code quality.
