Lead product strategy, roadmap development, and delivery for vehicle intake and assignment products serving insurance carriers and providers. Improve upstream user experiences, routing, cycle time, costs, and risk through prediction-driven solutions. Partner with Operations, Engineering, Data, Design, and business stakeholders; define requirements, business cases, KPIs, and priorities; research market trends and competitors; and represent carrier needs within Product Management.

Leads strategic account programs across equipment inspection, transportation, refurbishment, redeployment, and resale. Coordinates distributed teams, vendors, logistics, and operations; manages program governance, customer communications, risks, and escalations; develops reports and dashboards; tracks asset lifecycle, cycle time, recovery value, and vendor KPIs; and drives continuous improvement across multi-site programs.

Sells products and services to strategically important accounts, maintaining executive relationships and expanding revenue. Manages account opportunities, coordinates internal and external resources, meets sales quotas, communicates progress to leadership, documents sales activity in Salesforce, and represents the company at professional groups and trade shows.
