Outside territory sales role responsible for prospecting, managing and growing accounts, using CRM (Salesforce), delivering presentations, negotiating deals, and attending regional auctions. Requires frequent travel and strong customer relationship skills to meet quotas.

Lead and improve global SOC capabilities by overseeing threat detection, incident response, and SIEM-driven operations. Serve as technical escalation for analysts, develop playbooks and automation, coordinate stakeholders, and use metrics and threat analysis to drive detection and response maturity.

Lead Commercial & Special Lines account management for large providers: manage salvage processes, monitor SLAs and metrics, deliver data-driven reporting, resolve issues, build provider relationships, and support new services and markets with cross-functional teams.
