Summer analysts support quantitative trading teams by developing and evaluating trading strategies, improving trading-system speed, paper trading across asset classes, and assessing models and technologies. The program provides training in quantitative skills, high-frequency markets, performance-oriented programming, mathematics, statistics, and electronic trading operations. Candidates should be pursuing a technical degree and have strong Python skills plus Java or C++ experience.

The COO Operations Summer Analyst will support capital markets operations across brokerage operations, front-office trade support, and referential data management. The 10-week program provides hands-on experience, training, mentorship, and exposure to investment banking products and services. Analysts will work with operations professionals in a fast-paced environment, applying analytical, problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills while gaining practical financial markets experience.

Four-month technology-focused capital markets internship. The analyst will partner with Capital Markets groups to identify complex financial-market challenges, analyze requirements, design and code solutions, and deliver end-to-end innovations that improve business-line efficiency. Candidates will apply programming and artificial intelligence knowledge while presenting outcomes to stakeholders and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
