Partner with portfolio managers and researchers to design, prototype, and deploy LLM-enabled AI tools that accelerate investment insights. Lead proof-of-concept and production delivery, ensure security, governance, and regulatory compliance, and transition prototypes into scalable enterprise capabilities working across Investments, Technology, Data, Risk, and Compliance.

Manage and execute U.S. public relations for Columbia Threadneedle Investments: media relations, pitching, interview management, distributing market commentary and thought leadership, drafting press releases and Q&As, maintaining media lists, working with retained agency, media tracking, analysis and reporting, and managing industry recognition, polls and surveys.

Provide high-level administrative and project support for leadership: manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings and travel, prepare expenses and presentations, support department operations and events, handle communications, mentor other admins, and act with discretion and judgment in a fast-paced corporate environment.
