Owns enterprise AI assistant platforms, including administration, licensing, access, support, adoption, reporting, cost management, release evaluation, connector and agent governance, and risk coordination. Partners with IT, identity, cybersecurity, legal, procurement, finance, and vendors to securely configure and operate AI services. Provides user training, technical documentation, leadership briefings, usage and cost analysis, and first-line support for products such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, Claude, Gemini, and ChatGPT Enterprise.

Leads estimating, sourcing, negotiation, and procurement of long-lead electrical equipment for construction and infrastructure projects. Evaluates supplier proposals, manages vendor relationships, performs bid leveling, reviews technical compliance, negotiates contracts, and mitigates schedule and supply-chain risks. Partners with engineers, contractors, manufacturers, and post-award teams to manage procurement from sourcing through delivery and closeout. Provides budgeting, value engineering, supplier performance monitoring, mentoring, and procurement strategy for complex commercial, industrial, healthcare, mission-critical, and data center projects.

Creates and manages graphic design assets for internal marketing, including campaign concepts, brochures, flyers, presentations, website graphics, and social media content. Collaborates with marketing teams to deliver projects on schedule and within budget, stays current with design trends and technologies, and mentors junior designers and interns. Applies strong visual design, branding, typography, layout, and composition skills across digital and print materials.

Leads the strategy, governance, operations, security, and continuous improvement of the Oracle Fusion HCM platform. Partners with HR and business leaders to manage the roadmap, drive adoption, oversee support and releases, maintain data quality, evaluate AI capabilities, support integrations, and ensure reliable employee and manager experiences. Manages vendors, controls, enhancements, and a team of Oracle HCM professionals while aligning platform investments with organizational goals.

Oversee financial activity for construction projects, including budgets, actual costs, forecasts, change orders, cost controls, revenue recognition, invoicing, subcontractor billings, payments, and accounts receivable. Review contracts for billing requirements, ensure compliance with tax and documentation standards, prepare client requisitions, and support project teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Oversee full-cycle project accounting from setup through closeout. Responsibilities include tracking project costs, contracts, purchase orders, change orders, profitability, retainage, and vendor payments; performing reconciliations; supporting forecasting and month-end close; processing invoices and subcontractor billings; preparing client requisitions; monitoring accounts receivable; and collaborating with operations, vendors, subcontractors, and clients.

Leads end-to-end B2B marketing strategy for Enterprise Solutions, including brand positioning, content, creative direction, proposal pursuits, go-to-market campaigns, communications, digital marketing, social media, analytics, and team management. Partners with executives, account leaders, business development, and agencies to support pipeline growth, strengthen client engagement, manage brand consistency, and measure marketing performance.

Leads functional ownership and strategic evolution of Oracle Fusion HCM across Core HR, Absence Management, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Compensation. Translates HR requirements into scalable configurations, manages business analysis, solution design, testing, releases, data quality, integrations, reporting, support escalations, and vendor relationships. Partners across HR, payroll, finance, operations, and IT to optimize recruit-to-retire processes, support international requirements, improve employee experiences, and evaluate automation and AI capabilities.

Leads functional ownership and strategic evolution of Oracle Fusion HCM Talent and Employee Experience modules, including Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent Management, Learning, and Employee Engagement. Translates HR and talent requirements into scalable configurations, workflows, integrations, reporting, and improved employee journeys. Oversees testing, releases, support escalations, data quality, vendor relationships, international compliance, and AI-enabled HCM initiatives while partnering across HR, IT, analytics, and business teams.

Leads enterprise client account development and relationship management for construction projects. Oversees project delivery, margin strategy, reporting, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, team culture, and profitability. Builds relationships with owners, partners, project teams, subcontractors, and vendors while attending milestone events and ensuring projects meet schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives.

Supports enterprise client relationships across projects, markets, and business units. Maintains account-level oversight of project performance, client satisfaction, risks, commitments, financials, and opportunities. Develops stakeholder relationships, maintains Salesforce account intelligence and playbooks, supports account strategy and growth, coordinates follow-through, and leads project after-action reviews and onboarding while partnering with account and business-unit leadership.
