Owns enterprise AI assistant platforms, including administration, licensing, access, support, adoption, reporting, cost management, release evaluation, connector and agent governance, and risk coordination. Partners with IT, identity, cybersecurity, legal, procurement, finance, and vendors to securely configure and operate AI services. Provides user training, technical documentation, leadership briefings, usage and cost analysis, and first-line support for products such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, Claude, Gemini, and ChatGPT Enterprise.

Leads estimating, sourcing, negotiation, and procurement of long-lead electrical equipment for construction and infrastructure projects. Evaluates supplier proposals, manages vendor relationships, performs bid leveling, reviews technical compliance, negotiates contracts, and mitigates schedule and supply-chain risks. Partners with engineers, contractors, manufacturers, and post-award teams to manage procurement from sourcing through delivery and closeout. Provides budgeting, value engineering, supplier performance monitoring, mentoring, and procurement strategy for complex commercial, industrial, healthcare, mission-critical, and data center projects.

Creates and manages graphic design assets for internal marketing, including campaign concepts, brochures, flyers, presentations, website graphics, and social media content. Collaborates with marketing teams to deliver projects on schedule and within budget, stays current with design trends and technologies, and mentors junior designers and interns. Applies strong visual design, branding, typography, layout, and composition skills across digital and print materials.
