Teams at Realm Alliance

Embed with customers to integrate and deploy Realms AI systems in industrial environments. Troubleshoot degraded systems, rapid-prototype field solutions, lead API/data/hardware integrations, translate field insights into specs, support pre-sales demos, and ensure mission-critical reliability and data flow.

Own end-to-end customer deployments for an AI platform used in mining. Learn site operations, create deployment plans, manage stakeholder cadences, track risks and value, and support adoption. Build reports, dashboards, and lightweight tools using SQL, Python, or AI coding tools. Translate field observations into product requirements, support sales and account expansion, and help establish scalable deployment processes and playbooks.

Own strategic account development and enterprise sales across mining and industrial markets. Build pipelines, map complex organizations, develop executive relationships, lead long-cycle multi-stakeholder deals, represent Realm at conferences and site visits, and provide customer insights to influence product, pricing, and positioning. The role requires selling bespoke technology solutions to large industrial enterprises and supporting pilots that can expand into multi-site, multi-year agreements.
