Authenticate and appraise luxury handbags in-store, manage valuation appointments, provide pre-consignment pricing, monitor sell-through performance, convert appointments to consignments, and support store operations and occasional on-site or remote pricing initiatives while delivering a high-touch client experience.

Qualify inbound and marketing-generated consignor leads via phone, text, and email; educate prospects on consignment process; nurture and pass qualified leads to sales channels to close consignments. Work full-time remote with required weekend coverage and use internal CRM tools.

Drive new consignor acquisition through localized partnerships, community outreach, events, and targeted marketing. Plan and execute experiential and revenue-focused events, manage quarterly budgets and ROI, leverage social platforms and retail teams to build local brand awareness, and travel extensively within the assigned market to meet consignor and revenue goals.
