Own and scale Rebar’s cloud infrastructure and production operations across AWS and Kubernetes. Responsibilities include improving infrastructure and application performance, managing SOC 2 controls, implementing observability, completing environment partitioning, optimizing cloud spending, maintaining CI/CD, and mentoring engineers. The role requires operating distributed systems, containerized workloads, and production cloud environments while supporting migrations and continued company growth.

Own Rebar’s revenue operations function across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance. Manage HubSpot as the revenue system of record, integrate the GTM technology stack, maintain data quality, define funnel stages and attribution, run forecasting, planning, commissions, deal desk processes, renewals, and customer handoffs. Build trusted ARR, pipeline, conversion, CAC, and NRR reporting while documenting process changes and enabling GTM teams.

Build backend systems that translate computer vision and machine learning outputs into interactive product experiences. Responsibilities include designing perception-to-product data contracts, shipping AI-generated geometry to a canvas, balancing accuracy with user experience, closing human correction loops, and bridging AI/ML and product engineering teams. The role requires Python and TypeScript, familiarity with PyTorch and model postprocessing, data contract versioning, and experience deploying computer vision or ML outputs in user-facing products.
