Travel to customer offices and disaster sites to understand workflows, implement accounts, prototype custom solutions, and turn field insights into product improvements. Own full-stack development across backend, UI, and data plumbing while collaborating with engineering, product, customer success, and customer operators.

Manage a large portfolio of Tier 3 customer accounts through scalable engagement, self-service onboarding, and repeatable customer success playbooks. Own auto-renewals, triage support requests within a 48-hour SLA, identify expansion opportunities, and coordinate with CS and Sales leadership. The role also requires translating technical concepts for contractors, tracking account health, and improving processes in an early-stage, in-office NYC environment.

Build and improve a web platform for restoration contractors. Develop features across front-end and AI-driven voice/vision systems, ship high-quality code, mentor teammates, optimize systems, and shape engineering processes to scale the product.
