Executes and services equity, options, FX, and mutual fund trades for domestic and international accounts. Manages margin calls, buy-ins, DKs, confirmations, best execution reporting, and other pre- and post-market operations. Communicates with clients, supports trading and operations teams, and ensures compliance with broker-dealer regulations while maintaining accurate and efficient trade workflows.

Coordinates day-to-day technology administration, including employee onboarding and offboarding, access management, equipment recovery, vendor documentation, renewals, SOC report collection, policies, recurring testing, phishing campaigns, audit support, and internal technology requests. Tracks issues through resolution and communicates technology changes, outages, and requirements to employees, IT, Compliance, Accounting, and external vendors.

Leads Tarisio’s global organizational strategy, key departments, people development, operational improvement, and cross-office alignment. Partners with directors on business decisions, translates long-term vision into execution, strengthens systems and processes, drives accountability, and represents the company with clients, consignors, partners, and industry peers. The role requires experienced leadership, financial acumen, change-management expertise, and a commitment to preserving Tarisio’s culture and reputation.
