RedRoute is a voice technology company founded out of Cornell University's eLab Program, with HQ in Dumbo, Brooklyn. RedRoute's flagship product is 'Alexa for customer service'​.​ The product replaces businesses'​ old "Press 1 for X"​ call routing systems with a voicebot that communicates naturally & can complete any request a customer may have.
