Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and business roles from Reducto's NYC office: source via LinkedIn/Ashby/outreach, run screens, coordinate interviews, maintain Ashby pipeline data, partner with hiring managers, help craft offer strategy, close candidates, and build recruiting processes as the company scales.

Lead and develop a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives, defining the enterprise sales strategy, ensuring pipeline rigor, and collaborating across functions.

Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers from implementation through expansion, conduct business reviews, monitor customer health metrics, create and execute CS playbooks, build scalable onboarding/training processes and enablement content, and partner with Product and Engineering to represent the voice of the customer.
