Own product areas end to end, from customer discovery and product decisions through full-stack development, release, and iteration. Work directly with customers, build front-end, backend, data, and AI features, and use feedback to improve the product. Contribute to engineering standards through code reviews, pairing, mentoring, and thoughtful technical and product trade-offs.

Lead and shape the engineering organization: own system architecture, set engineering standards, ensure code quality, design reliable infrastructure and deployments, build AI-assisted engineering workflows, mentor engineers, manage technical risk, and contribute to the product roadmap.
