Teams at Reindeer AI

Own end-to-end AI transformation engagements for financial-services enterprises, from executive vision and use-case discovery through roadmapping, implementation, adoption, and value realization. Lead transformation offices, executive workshops, business cases, delivery governance, and cross-functional deployments. Address regulatory, data, governance, and change-management barriers while developing reusable AI transformation frameworks, playbooks, maturity models, and value assessment tools.

The Strategic Account Manager will own enterprise customer relationships, drive revenue growth through renewals, expansions, and upselling, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance customer success and satisfaction.

Own and build the company’s brand and communications function, including positioning, narrative, campaigns, editorial standards, press messaging, social channels, owned content, and founder visibility. Partner with founders, leadership, Sales, Product, and a PR agency to shape market perception and go-to-market communications. Hire and develop the function, establish scalable systems, ghostwrite executive content, coach spokespeople, and generate earned media and thought-leadership opportunities.
