Serve as the principal subject matter expert, resolve complex cases, oversee regulatory interactions, and build a technology-enabled, risk-based program. Responsibilities include selecting and tuning screening tools, establishing policies and controls, developing monitoring and reporting capabilities, managing reinsurance-related risks, and building a high-performing global team.
