Serve as primary administrative contact for Relation's largest commercial clients: ensure accurate, timely policy documents and renewals, resolve client issues, support remarketing and proposals, review policies/audits/cancellations, coordinate with carriers on claims and corrections, adopt proprietary technology/AI, and perform related account servicing tasks.

The Risk Advisor is responsible for sales activities in insurance, client relationship management, market research, and risk assessment.

Responsible for new insurance account production and sales, educating clients, maintaining relationships, and ensuring proper coverage while managing client accounts and documentation.

Serve as primary claims advisor for large commercial accounts: report and manage claims, coordinate review meetings, provide analytics and strategic guidance, advocate for clients, communicate with carriers and adjusters, analyze reserves and trends, identify risk-control opportunities, maintain claim files, and leverage technology to improve efficiency.
