Manage client relationships for personal lines insurance: advise on coverage, bind policies, handle renewals, prepare proposals and policy documents, assist with claims, conduct audits, and adopt proprietary AI tools to improve client service and retention.

Serve as primary claims advisor for large commercial accounts: report and manage claims, coordinate review meetings, provide analytics and strategic guidance, advocate for clients, communicate with carriers and adjusters, analyze reserves and trends, identify risk-control opportunities, maintain claim files, and leverage technology to improve efficiency.

Support FP&A for business units by building and maintaining financial models, budgeting, forecasting, month-end close support, variance analysis, and reporting. Provide recommendations, ad hoc analyses, audit support, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes, automation, and analytic accuracy to support business decision-making.
