Reviews and processes new annuity applications, ensuring forms, documentation, statutory requirements, and regulatory compliance are complete. Owns application issues through contract issuance, applies premiums, documents outstanding requirements, and handles high-volume workflows. Collaborates with brokers, marketing, internal departments, and third-party administrators to resolve problems and improve submission quality. Provides professional customer service, maintains account histories, and follows departmental production, quality, and ethical standards.

Operate and support leave-of-absence management systems, including troubleshooting, client-letter and policy programming, UAT and production QA, functionality testing, process-flow development, training, audits, reporting, and premium billing data-feed validation. The role supports implementation teams, client and district offices, and may assist with LOA claims management. It requires knowledge of leave laws, systems programming aptitude, analytical troubleshooting, strong organization, communication, customer service, and confidentiality skills.

Manage employee accommodation requests under ADAAA, PWFA and state law by reviewing medical documentation, conducting interactive assessments, coordinating with employees, employers and medical vendors, maintaining HIPAA-compliant records, and educating HR on return-to-work and accommodation processes.
