Performs hotel maintenance and engineering duties, including responding to guest repair requests, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment, plumbing and electrical repairs, painting, minor carpentry, landscaping repairs, inventory management, and air-handler adjustments. Follows safety procedures, communicates shift activities, supports guests and coworkers, and handles physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds and working on ladders.
